Caiprinhas

1 - 2 limes
6 - 8 cl of Brazilian Cachaça
1 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Cut the limes into quarters and place them in the glasses.
Add the sugar.
Squeeze the limes and sugar with the pestle.
Pour the Bazilian Cachaça and mix with a shaker or with a spoon.
Fill the glasses with crushed ice and pour the drink.
Serve with straws.

African Safari

3 cl Safari liquer
2 cl rum
4 drops of lemon juice
10 cl  Coca-Cola
Ice

Place ice and all ingredients except coca-cola inside the shaker.
Shake it and pour it on a long drink glass. Add the coke.
