These are some ideas to enjoy your kitchen and for you to create the best recipes at home.

cheesecake

Ingredients
500g of quark cheese or Light Greek yogurt
Ten tablespoons of oat flakes
Three tablespoons of coconut sugar or honey
Three hands full of hazelnuts
2 sheet gelatin
Figs (about 600g)
Lemon zest
Two light lemon yogurts
A tablespoon of cocoa powder
Cinnamon
Water

 

Method
1. 
Mix the oat flakes with coconut sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa powder and 150ml of water to form a dough;
2. Spread the dough in a form cake pan with detachable bottom;
3. Bake for 10 minutes (with the oven preheat);
4. Peel the figs and wash the lemon very well;
5. In a bowl mix the figs, lemon zest, yogurt, cinnamon, and finally, the gelatin dissolved in boiled water always involving the entire mixture;
6. Place the mixture on top of the oat base and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

healthy pizza

Ingredients for a medium pizza
Pizza dough
4 tablespoons of beaten cheese / quark cheese (you can also use light Greek yogurt)
100g of buckwheat flour (you can use another flour)
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
 

Method
1. Mix all ingredients;
2. Mix the dough until it's form a sticky ball;
3. Let stand for 1h in a dry place, covered to let the dough dry;
4. Preheat the oven to 200º;
5. Knead the dough;
6. Pre-bake the crust for 7 minutes ;
7. Remove it and put tomato sauce and the ingredients you lke the most;
8. Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes.

 

Toppings
Mushrooms, peppers, natural tuna, low fat cheese, mix of peppers and more oregano.

Ingredients
2 oranges, zest and juice
200g of egg whites or 6 eggs
8 tablespoons of oats 
1 dessert spoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of light Greek yogurt or Quark cheese
3 squares of chocolate, 74% cocoa
Cinnamon (as you loke)

Method
1. Crush all ingredients except chocolate;
2. Spoon into the awaiting cases and bake 
3. Add chocolate in small pieces;
4. Bake for 20 minutes.
