If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make the return on the moment of the delivery or up to 15 days from the delivery date of the order.


Return on delivery:

You should indicate on the waybill of the carrier which are the anomalies detected ( damaged box, missing article, damaged article ...) and contact us indicating whether you prefer to exchange or the refund of the product(s).

Until 15 days after delivery:

  1. You should contact us and inform us of the return of the product.
    Mention the order number or invoice, which products you wish to return and point out the reasons for that same return.
    Please inform us, if you wish to replace your order with another identical product or the refund of the amount paid.
  2. Wait for a contact from Inexistência before returning the product.
  3. Place the product in its original packaging, without having been used (in perfect conditions and with any possible manuals, etc ...) and send it to:

Returned orders will not be accepted for recovery.
The value of the transportation will be reimbursed in cases where the order submitted is incorrect or if the product is flawed.
