Description
IO is born far far away, discovered by Galileo Galilei in 1610 as a satellite of Jupiter.
Through his telescope at the University of Padua, Galileo saw a point of light and wisely identified it as a shiny little moon.
This is the delightful story that inspired the talented designer Claesson Koivisto Rune in creating the wall lamp IO!
The elegant form of the IO lamp is a small curved lunar disk that projects its light where it is most needed.
An amazing lamp inspired by the beauty and mysticism of the astronomy!
Like a satellite with the planet around which it orbits, IO is an innovative lamp that easily adjusts to provide a light source, being an excellent solution both for home, for the office or hotel!
Despite its small size and ease of maneuver, the screen in die-cast aluminum conveys great sturdiness, as does the wall mounted base.
Create an intimate, unique and versatile environment and find your source of light in the vastness of the unknown space!
