Absolute Steel was created from the goal of producing high quality knives, with high-edge techonolgy and the purpose of a perfect cut:

Like all kitchen knives, these knives must be hand-washed so that they can keep their identity and blade intact.
Different food must be cut in different ways... smoother food need a lighter cut, whilst harder ones require a stronger and more precise cut.
Thus, the Absolute Steel line is available with the following knives:
